I can’t see myself ever trying out the activities of Parkour (aka PK) or Freerunning, but I have to admire the fitness, agility and braveness of those that do. This video is taken from the Urban Freeflow channel on YouTube and although it doesn’t show Parkour or Freerunning in the urban environments usually associated with the activities, it does show a lot of the techniques used. It is also quite a gripping race!
